Purchasing
Browse our site and click on the items you wish to buy and then put them into the Shopping Basket.
After you have finished your shopping click on Check Out and complete the details, Name, Address (Including Postcode) Telephone Number and Payment Details.
We will not disclose your details to any third party other than for delivery purposes.
Delivery
We endeavour to despatch all goods instock within 48 hours. We use a variety of Delivery firms, so cannot guarantee delivery periods. As a rule we would anticipate delivery within 7 days of receipt of order. If an item is not in stock we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option of cancelling if you would rather not wait.
All orders are sent via a recorded delivery method, so require a signature on arrival (i.e. the package is unable to be left at the back door, in the shed, or behind the bin etc).
Alternatively you can choose to collect your order direct from our shop during our normal trading hours, thereby saving delivery costs.

These Postage & Packaging prices are determined by the total items approximate weight and size + VAT.
Occasionally items may, by virtue of weight or size, fall outside our normal charges, in these instances we will advise of any increased charges prior to dispatch.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return goods within seven days of receipt please call us to obtain a returns authorisation number, this must be clearly marked on your returned goods, a copy of the invoice must be sent with the goods, any goods returned without an authorisation number and copy of invoice will not be accepted.
We accept the return of goods only if they are unopened, in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. Goods returned as detailed will be refunded, excluding delivery charges. The buyer will be responsible for ensuring all returns are delivered to:

The buyer is also responsible for providing proof of such returns, the cost of such returns is not covered by the product warranty.

You can recycle your electrical equipment.
Why are we involved?
Recycling facilities are now available for all customers at which you can deposit your old electrical products. This is a new requirement under UK and European legislation (The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment - or WEEE - Directive). The aim of legislation is to:
- Make good use of the materials that make up old electrical equipment by recycling rather than disposing in landfill.
- Prevent the negative environmental effects of sending often hazardous electrical equipment to landfill.
As a conscientious business, we have chosen to group together with other retailers in joining the 'Distributor Take Back Scheme'. Through this scheme, we have paid toward the provision of improved of recycling facilities for our customers.
Where to dispose of electrical equipment?
Wherever practical, old electrical waste should not be disposed of with your household waste.
